The outer portions of the wheels are sections of 48" id corrugated HDPE plastic drainage pipe. Bicycle tires provide the wheel tread with side beads cut off and stretched to the larger diameter of the pipe. Wheel centers are golf cart rims and fabricated tube spokes.
