The wheel center design utilizes spokes of 1/2" diameter tubing welded to 10" golf cart rims. Square 1" tubing welded to the outside ends of the spokes create mounting points for the connection to the corrugated HDPE drainage pipe. (See examples of Kinetic Sculpture Racers for the original wheel inspiration).
