  The Use of Sharp Tools Requires Proper Supervision

The cardboard substrate was covered with one layer of 4 oz. fiberglass cloth. Two layers of epoxy were then brushed over that. The final finished surface is a little rough but the cloth and epoxy strengthen and provide a water resistant coating to the cardboard skin.
